Three Ways to Create Exponential Impact in Your

Health Coaching, Psychological, or Healing Practice

Date: Tuesday, August 15, 2017

Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

I share three key insights from the frontlines that I believe can make a vast difference in the flourishing of both your clients and your practice.

1. Why clients with complex trauma don’t respond to working with affirmations and other typical gold standard therapeutic techniques, and what you can do instead to help facilitate breakthrough.

2. How to understand the unique neurological wiring of young adults — and why they are potentially the fastest growing and most underserved client population you could work with.

3. Why it is essential to practice personal integration of mind, body, and spirit of your own self before you can begin to ‘mirror’ this for the sake of your clients’ healing, while preventing personal burnout.

7 Ways to Mend a Broken Heart

Date: Thursday, March 9, 2017

Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

We typically think of a broken heart as being related to a death or divorce. However, our hearts accumulate stress, fractures and closure when we experience disappointments, loneliness, unforgiveness, anger, political fear, and uncertainty. Ultimately, this causes the same symptoms as in those who have experienced a more obvious and major type of loss. Both involve emotional grief and trauma; a hardening and closure of the heart causing separation from self and others.

Most people do not know how to make themselves feel better and gain the vitality that they remember before the loss(es) occurred. Some think that it is not even possible! This webinar will teach you powerful mind-body-spirit techniques you can use to help heal all types of loss and broken-heartedness in yourself or your clients.

Webinar: Arthritis: The Body’s Way of Dealing with Resentment and Being Stuck

Date: Tues, March 17, 2015

Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

In this webinar I will be discussing the research related to causes of arthritis, mainly the toxic emotion of resentment and how it affects the joints in the body. Medication relieves some of the symptoms, however until the resentment and criticism are addressed, there is no genuine relief from this painful disease. Many patients will not consider going to a psychologist for help because they think they are being criticized for this illness ‘being all in their head’. If they are made to go, they will likely resist and undermine treatment. However, they will receive the help of an Integrative Health Coach as there is no stigma.

Webinar: How are Hotheads Hurting Their Hearts?

Date: Tues, March 3, 2015

Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Research strongly indicates that chronic or suppressed anger is the precipitating factor in developing heart disease. In this webinar I will explore and explain the reasons why present day treatment for heart disease will not be effective if the patient is holding on to anger. Many patients will not consider going to a psychologist for help because they think they are being accused of being ‘crazy’ and do not understand the mind-body connections. If they are made to go, they will likely resist and undermine treatment. However, they are more receptive to the help of an Integrative Health Coach as there is no stigma. Methods of releasing anger so that the patient can truly heal will be discussed.
