Getting Happier by Creating New Neural Pathways

So, the research has indicated that we can strengthen our brains and become happier by creating new neural pathways.  How do we do this?

According to an article on the International Coach Federation Page, we can accomplish this in many ways, however 3 things we can do are –

1.  Learn  a new language and build resilient neural connections in the brain.

2.  Have a goal-directed approach to life and push yourself through the learning process.

3.  Provide yourself with passive learning experiences – take chances and do different things.  Travel.
