Overview & Content

Are you suffering from chronic fatigue, pain, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and/or various sensitivities (light/chemicals/digestive)? Perhaps you are in the healthcare industry seeing complex cases that are difficult to treat? If so, this could be the right course for you!

The Conscious Healing course offer a holistic formula that promotes the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

This course is comprised of four modules: Cognitive-behavioral Coaching Strategies, Alternative and Natural Methods for Reducing Depression and Anxiety, Simple Nutrition for Mental Health, and Understanding Mind-body Connections. These modules are part of the Nickerson Institute’s Certified Corporate Integrative Health Coach Training Program.

Aimed at enhancing mental health in the workplace, this course emphasizes improving perspectives, attitudes, and thought processes that negatively impact morale, relationships, workplace culture, and productivity. Cognitive-behavioral strategies are employed to alter thought and behavior patterns that contribute to a negative work environment, both on an individual and collective level.

Over the past four years, the number of employees experiencing depression and anxiety has surged by over 75%. In addition to cognitive-behavioral strategies, innovative evidence-based, natural techniques are introduced, which can be easily integrated into the workplace and employees’ daily lives.

Behavioral nutrition plays a crucial role in identifying foods and nutrients that are highly effective in preventing and alleviating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and dementia. It is essential to understand how certain chemicals in our food supply can exacerbate mental health issues, affecting focus, concentration, decision-making, and emotional regulation and mood.

Workplace stress not only harms the mind but also takes a toll on the body. Many employees are compelled to take leave due to chronic pain and illnesses. Helping them recognize the connection between their thought patterns and their physical ailments is vital for healing and recovery.
