Areas of focus: Suicide and crisis specialist - trained through Lifeline 988 program Areas, mental illness, domestic violence/stalking, trauma, eating disorders, endometriosis/interstitial cystitis/chronic pelvic pain
From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. That dream became reality when I co-founded an organization targeted at supporting people with eating disorders. I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and have received masters level training in both social work and law from Washington University and St. Louis University. More recently I've worked as a law clerk for a personal injury law firm and as a crisis specialist for Lifeline's 988 program. I have also completed suicide and crisis intervention training through this program. I then went on to become an accredited Mental Health and Wellness Coach through the Nickerson Institute. I am an Australian native who moved to the USA in 2011. In my spare time I love watching sports, writing, painting and spending time with friends and my pets. I provide a comprehensive set of services to offer support as you navigate your mental health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to ensure I meet their individual needs and achieve measurable results. Please browse my services and get in touch if you’re interested in working with me.
This world can be really harsh and lonely sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is ask for help.
