I have a MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and I am a graduate of the Nickerson Institute of Integrative Health Coach Training. Full page text: I was born and raised in Osun State, Nigeria until I relocated to Lagos state, Nigeria for work and marriage. I am Yoruba but I married into the Cross-River Tribe and love the diversity it brings to my life. I have carried a burden for mental wellness since 2014 when several things incidents in my own life stirred up a deep conviction in me that the prosperity of one’s soul is pivotal for their overall well-being. As a result, I started LightRaeyys Wellness Company so that I can help everyday people see just how important their mental (and emotional) health truly is + provide quality spaces, resources, and services that lead to mental wellness and emotional healing. This is an assignment I take very seriously as it gives me a lot of joy to see people thrive from the inside out.
